YEAR-ROUND MOUNTAIN AND SPA DESTINATION WITH INTERNATIONAL POTENTIAL
Unitur is one of the largest tourism companies in Slovenia, with a strong focus on ski, spa, mountain, and adventure tourism. The company operates Terme Zreče and the Rogla ski resort, one of the most popular and highest-altitude ski areas in the country.
Rogla ski resort offers more than 12 km of ski slopes, with its highest point reaching 1,517 meters above sea level. With a wide variety of trails set in idyllic surroundings, 12 ski lifts, and over 14 km of cross-country skiing tracks, Rogla attracts nearly 200,000 skiers every year. Thanks to its favorable geographic location and altitude, the ski season typically lasts between 110 and 120 days. Unitur consistently reinvests a significant share of its resources into the development of both winter and summer tourism.
With nearly 1,500 m² of pool areas, 3,000 m² dedicated to health and well-being, as well as saunas and a wellness center facilities covering almost 1,000 m², Terme Zreče also offers a broad range of activities for tourists throughout the year.
Unitur’s accommodation facilities on Rogla include four hotels, two bungalow villages, mountain lodges, and a youth hostel. In addition, the company operates four additional hotels and a villa complex as part of Terme Zreče, which, due to their proximity to Rogla, together form a comprehensive, all-season tourism destination.
Advance Capital Partners aims to develop Rogla ski resort and Terme Zreče into a year-round destination that can compete with renowned Austrian, French, and Italian resorts. With a financially strong and stable owner, Unitur will be able to realize its full potential, expand its complementary services, and increase capacity utilization. In the years ahead, Unitur will also serve as a driving force for further tourism development and a strategic link connecting Advance Capital Partners’ tourism investments.
