Vasil Gavrovski

Vasil Gavrovski has been connected to the financial industry since the beginning of his career. In the second largest Slovenian banking group and in international (BIG4) audit firms, he gained experience in banking, credit risk, financial due diligence, company valuations, forensic reviews, audit, and financial analytics. His work at Advance Capital Partners includes detailed financial analyses, valuations, and the development of advanced financial models, participation in due diligence processes, and support in acquisition transactions. 

He began his career at Ernst & Young, where he participated in audits of the largest financial institutions in the region. Leveraging his analytical skills, quick understanding of complex business processes, and advanced knowledge of financial data processing, he carried out audits of investment funds, banks and leasing companies, developed templates for process automation, and managed organization and client communications.

He further enhanced his expertise in debt financing and credit risk at OTP Banka, where he conducted in-depth analysis of financial statements of large corporations with complex financial structures, focusing primarily on the energy sector. He worked on cash flow projections, refinancing, syndicated loans and LBO transaction analyses within the framework of various M&A transactions.

Before joining Advance Capital Partners, he was a Senior Associate in Deloitte Advisory, where he was engaged in demanding due diligence, valuation, and forensic projects for international clients. He actively participated in assessing business models, analyzing earnings quality, evaluating cash flow and net debt, and investigating internal fraud.

With his diverse experience spanning audit, banking, credit risk, and financial advisory, Vasil Gavrovski contributes a comprehensive perspective on complex investment opportunities and significantly enhances the analytical and professional strength of the Advance Capital Partners investment team.
